Product Description

The Centurion UPS/CPU is a high power DC uninterruptible power supply which has been designed specifically to operate in conjunction with either two or four HAWK batteries as a mains/battery critical power supply.

This UPS unit can deliver up to 20 amps at 28 volts of DC power with a seamless transition between mains to battery in the event of a power failure.

Built from 25mm ruggedized aluminium.

Operation is very user friendly, having first connected either two or four batteries, all that is required is to turn the main power switch to the “on” position.

A series of LED’s informs the operator as to the state of power supply being supplied, be it mains or battery. A back-up switchable audio alarm is also included to alert the operator of mains power failure should it be required.

An internal charging system maintains the batteries at full charge whilst mains power is being supplied. Pre conditioning is also
included if the batteries have been left in circuit for over 2 months. When four batteries are deployed with the system up to 10 hours of continuous use at 20 amps can be achieved.
